Article D722-32 of the French Commercial code

At the end of the training, the Ecole nationale de la magistrature will issue the commercial court judge with an individual training certificate, subject to attendance. It will inform the Minister of Justice.
The commercial court judge will immediately hand over the individual training certificate to the president of the commercial court.

A l’issue de la formation, l’Ecole nationale de la magistrature remet au juge du tribunal de commerce une attestation individuelle de formation, sous réserve d’assiduité. Elle en informe le garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice.

Le juge du tribunal de commerce remet sans délai l’attestation individuelle de formation au président du tribunal de commerce.
