Article D7233-4 of the French Labour Code

The legal entity or sole trader declared in application of article L. 7232-1-1 issues an annual tax certificate to each of its customers, to enable them to benefit from the aid provided for in article 199 sexdecies of the General Tax Code.

This certificate mentions :

1° The name, address and identification number of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

2° The number and date of registration of the declaration;

3° The name of the person who benefited from the service, their address, the number of the account debited, where applicable, and the amount actually paid;

4° A summary of the services provided, showing the name and identifier code of the service provider, as well as the date and duration of the service.

Article D7233-4

La personne morale ou l’entrepreneur individuel déclaré en application de l’article L. 7232-1-1 délivre à chacun de ses clients une attestation fiscale annuelle, pour leur permettre de bénéficier de l’aide prévue par l’article 199 sexdecies du code général des impôts.

Cette attestation mentionne :

1° Le nom, l’adresse et le numéro d’identification de la personne morale ou de l’entrepreneur individuel ;

2° Le numéro et la date d’enregistrement de la déclaration ;

3° Le nom de la personne ayant bénéficié du service, son adresse, le numéro de son compte débité le cas échéant, le montant effectivement acquitté ;

4° Un récapitulatif des interventions faisant apparaître le nom et le code identifiant de l’intervenant, ainsi que la date et la durée de l’intervention.
