The members of the National Labour Inspection Council carry out their duties in compliance with the requirements of independence, impartiality and integrity. They are bound by the secrecy of the body’s debates and may not intervene in any other capacity during the investigation of a case referred to the Council pursuant to Article D. 8121-2.
All members of the Council shall refrain from taking part in the debates and work relating to a request concerning a matter in which they are involved or which implicates them.
