Article D8254-3 of the French Labour Code

When the contract is concluded with a service provider established abroad who posts employees to France for the performance of this contract, under the conditions defined in Article L. 1262-1, it shall be provided, when the contract is concluded, with a list of the names of the foreign employees subject to work authorisation, including the information provided for in Article D. 8254-2.

Lorsque le contrat est conclu avec un prestataire établi à l’étranger détachant des salariés sur le territoire national pour l’exécution de ce contrat, dans les conditions définies à l’article L. 1262-1, elle se fait remettre, lors de la conclusion du contrat, une liste nominative des salariés étrangers soumis à autorisation de travail, comprenant les indications prévues à l’article D. 8254-2.
