When the insurer, intermediary or policyholder of a group insurance contract provides the policyholder with a secure personal space on the Internet, it guarantees that the information and documents stored in this space will be accessible for a period appropriate to their purpose. For pre-contractual and contractual documents, this period may not be less than five years after the end of the contractual relationship.
If the insurer, intermediary or policyholder intends to cease providing access to this information and documents, it must inform the policyholder in advance, within a period of not less than two months, by any means appropriate to the policyholder’s situation.
