Article L111-2 of the French Consumer Code

In addition to the information provided for in article L. 111-1, any trader, prior to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services and, where there is no written contract, prior to the performance of the service, shall make available to the consumer or communicate to him, in a legible and comprehensible manner, additional information relating to his contact details, his service provision activity and the other contractual terms and conditions, the list and content of which shall be laid down by decree by the Conseil d’Etat.
The additional information that is only communicated at the consumer’s request is also specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Outre les mentions prévues à l’article L. 111-1, tout professionnel, avant la conclusion d’un contrat de fourniture de services et, lorsqu’il n’y a pas de contrat écrit, avant l’exécution de la prestation de services, met à la disposition du consommateur ou lui communique, de manière lisible et compréhensible, les informations complémentaires relatives à ses coordonnées, à son activité de prestation de services et aux autres conditions contractuelles, dont la liste et le contenu sont fixés par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
Les informations complémentaires qui ne sont communiquées qu’à la demande du consommateur sont également précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
