An agreement of objectives is signed between the State and the National Sports Agency for a period of between three and five calendar years. It determines the public policy actions for sport entrusted to the agency, sets objectives and specifies the public resources made available to it within a multi-year framework.
By 1 January 2022 at the latest, the National Sports Agency will adopt a charter for the respect of the principles of the Republic in the implementation of its action.
Each year, the Agency’s President and Director General will present the Agency’s activity report to the standing committees responsible for cultural affairs and finance of the National Assembly and the Senate.
