Article L113-6 of the French Insurance Code

In the event of the compulsory liquidation of an undertaking referred to in article L. 310-1, the contracts it holds in its portfolio are subject to the provisions of articles L. 326-12 and L. 326-13, from the date of the order or decision withdrawing administrative authorisation.

Article L113-6

En cas de liquidation judiciaire d’une entreprise mentionnée à l’article L. 310-1, les contrats qu’elle détient dans son portefeuille sont soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 326-12 et L. 326-13, à compter de l’arrêté ou de la décision prononçant le retrait de l’agrément administratif.
