An employee on parental leave or working part-time to raise a child is entitled to the skills assessment mentioned in article L. 6313-1, subject to the conditions of seniority mentioned in article L. 1225-47.

Le salarié bénéficiant d’un congé parental d’éducation ou exerçant son activité à temps partiel pour élever un enfant bénéficie de plein droit du bilan de compétences mentionné à l’article L. 6313-1, dans les conditions d’ancienneté mentionnées à l’article L. 1225-47.
