Article L1232-13 of the French Labour Code

The employee adviser is bound by professional secrecy in all matters relating to manufacturing processes.

They are bound by an obligation of discretion with regard to information of a confidential nature and given as such by the employer.

Any breach of this obligation may result in the removal of the person concerned from the list of advisers by the administrative authority.

Il est tenu à une obligation de discrétion à l’égard des informations présentant un caractère confidentiel et données comme telles par l’employeur.

Toute méconnaissance de cette obligation peut entraîner la radiation de l’intéressé de la liste des conseillers par l’autorité administrative.
