Article L1233-48 of the French Labour Code

All the information provided to the employee representatives when they are called to the meetings provided for in Articles L. 1233-29 and L. 1233-30 is sent simultaneously to the administrative authority.

The employer also sends the minutes of the meetings. These minutes include the opinions, suggestions and proposals of the staff representatives.

L’ensemble des informations communiquées aux représentants du personnel lors de leur convocation aux réunions prévues par les articles L. 1233-29 et L. 1233-30 est communiqué simultanément à l’autorité administrative.

L’employeur lui adresse également les procès-verbaux des réunions. Ces procès-verbaux comportent les avis, suggestions et propositions des représentants du personnel.
