Article L1235-7 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this Title apply to army hospitals. A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the adaptations that may be made, with regard to these hospitals, to the authorisation procedures applicable to health establishments.

Les dispositions du présent titre s’appliquent aux hôpitaux des armées. Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les adaptations qui peuvent être apportées, en ce qui concerne ces hôpitaux, aux procédures d’autorisation applicables aux établissements de santé.
