In addition to the cases provided for in Article L. 1242-2, a fixed-term employment contract may be concluded :
1° Under legal provisions designed to encourage the recruitment of certain categories of unemployed persons ;
2° When the employer undertakes, for a period and under conditions determined by decree, to provide additional vocational training for the employee.
3° When the employer entrusts research activities to the employee and participates in his training in research and through research under the conditions set out inarticle L. 412-3 of the Research Code;
4° When the employer entrusts the employee, under the conditions set out in article L. 431-5 of the same code, with research activities with a view to achieving a defined goal and undertakes to provide the employee with professional experience complementary to the doctorate diploma provided for in article L. 612-7 du code de l’éducation.
