Article L125-9 of the French Commercial code

Collective shops of independent traders already created through a legal person may, by way of adaptation or transformation, be placed under the regime provided for by this chapter. Any member may, by way of summary proceedings, request the appointment of a representative specifically responsible for convening the meeting for the purpose of deciding on such adaptations or transformations. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, such decisions are taken by a majority in number of the members making up the legal person. Those who have not voted may, however, withdraw by requesting the redemption of their securities, shares or units, under the conditions provided for in articles L. 125-17 and L. 125-18.

Les magasins collectifs de commerçants indépendants déjà créés par l’intermédiaire d’une personne morale peuvent, par voie d’adaptation ou de transformation, se placer sous le régime prévu par le présent chapitre. Tout membre peut, par voie de référé, demander la désignation d’un mandataire spécialement chargé de convoquer l’assemblée aux fins de statuer sur ces adaptations ou transformations. Nonobstant toute disposition contraire, ces décisions sont prises à la majorité en nombre des membres composant la personne morale. Ceux qui n’y ont pas concouru peuvent, toutefois, se retirer en demandant le remboursement de leurs titres, actions ou parts, dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 125-17 et L. 125-18.
