Article L1254-22 of the French Labour Code

The freelance administration company concludes a commercial freelance administration service contract with the client company of the supported employee no later than two working days following the start of the service. This contract sets out the essential elements of the service negotiation between the ported employee and the client company.

The freelance administration company will send a copy of this contract to the freelance employee by any means within the same timeframe.

L’entreprise de portage salarial conclut avec l’entreprise cliente du salarié porté un contrat commercial de prestation de portage salarial au plus tard dans les deux jours ouvrables suivant le début de la prestation. Ce contrat reprend les éléments essentiels de la négociation de la prestation entre le salarié porté et l’entreprise cliente.

L’entreprise de portage adresse au salarié porté par tout moyen une copie de ce contrat dans le même délai.
