The chèque emploi-service universel, when it has the nature of a special payment voucher, may be pre-financed in whole or in part by a person for the benefit of his employees, agents, beneficiaries, pensioners, administered, members, subscribers or insured persons, as well as the head of the company or, if the company is a legal entity, its chairman, its managing director, its deputy managing director(s), its managers or the members of its management board, provided that all the company’s employees may also benefit from this voucher in accordance with the same allocation rules.
In this case, the payment voucher is issued with a face value which may not exceed an amount determined by joint order of the ministers responsible for labour, social security and the economy.
The person providing the pre-financing for these vouchers may choose to reserve their use for certain categories of services within the activities mentioned in article L. 1271-1.
