Article L1271-16 of the French Labour Code

Information relating to the persons mentioned in 1° and 3° of the A of article L. 1271-1 paid by pre-financed universal service vouchers under the conditions defined in article L. 1271-12 is communicated to the body or establishment responsible for their reimbursement for the sole purpose of checking the correct use of these vouchers.

This information is communicated in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality of the data. The persons concerned are informed of the existence of this control system.

Les informations relatives aux personnes mentionnées au 1° et au 3° du A de l’article L. 1271-1 rémunérées par les chèques emploi-service universels préfinancés dans les conditions définies à l’article L. 1271-12 sont communiquées à l’organisme ou à l’établissement chargé de leur remboursement à seule fin de contrôle du bon usage de ces titres.

Ces communications s’opèrent selon des modalités propres à garantir la confidentialité des données. Les personnes concernées sont informées de l’existence de ce dispositif de contrôle.
