Article L131-12 of the French Commercial code

The list of sworn goods brokers is drawn up by each court of appeal at the request of the public prosecutor. It shall show, for each of them, the date of their registration as well as their professional specialisation(s) as sanctioned by the aptitude test provided for in 5° of article L. 131-13.

The Court of Appeal may make new entries or amendments to the list whenever it is required to do so.

La liste des courtiers de marchandises assermentés est établie par chaque cour d’appel sur réquisition du procureur général. Elle fait apparaître, pour chacun d’eux, la date de son inscription ainsi que sa ou ses spécialisations professionnelles telles qu’elles ont été sanctionnées par l’examen d’aptitude prévu au 5° de l’article L. 131-13.


La cour d’appel peut procéder à de nouvelles inscriptions ou à des modifications de la liste chaque fois qu’elle en est requise.
