Article L131-19 of the French Sports Code

Where no sports federation has been delegated responsibility for a particular sport, the powers conferred on the delegating federations by this section and by Articles L. 222-7, L. 222-11, L. 222-15, L. 222-16, L. 222-18, L. 222-19, L. 311-2 and L. 331-4 to L. 331-7 may be exercised, for a specific period and with the authorisation of the Minister responsible for sport, by a specialised commission set up by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee.

Article L131-19

Lorsque, dans une discipline sportive, aucune fédération sportive n’a reçu de délégation, les compétences attribuées aux fédérations délégataires par la présente section et par les articles L. 222-7, L. 222-11, L. 222-15, L. 222-16, L. 222-18, L. 222-19, L. 311-2 et L. 331-4 à L. 331-7 peuvent être exercées, pour une période déterminée et avec l’autorisation du ministre chargé des sports, par une commission spécialisée mise en place par le Comité national olympique et sportif français.
