The protest must be made before the expiry of the time limit for presentation.

If presentation takes place on the last day of the period, the protest may be drawn up on the next working day.

Le protêt doit être fait avant l’expiration du délai de présentation.

Si la présentation a lieu le dernier jour du délai, le protêt peut être établi le premier jour ouvrable suivant.
