Article L131-53 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The person who has repaid the cheque may claim from his guarantors :

1. The full amount paid;

2. Interest on the said sum, from the day on which he disbursed it, calculated at the legal rate applicable in France;

3. The costs he has incurred.

1. La somme intégrale qu’il a payée ;

2. Les intérêts de ladite somme, à partir du jour où il l’a déboursée, calculés au taux légal applicable en France ;

3. Les frais qu’il a faits.
