Article L132-1-1 of the French Sports Code

The professional leagues created pursuant to article L. 132-1 may exercise the rights granted to civil parties in respect of offences that directly or indirectly harm the collective interests of the sports associations and companies that are their members and the interests of those involved in professional sports competitions in their disciplines.
