Article L132-1-1 of the French Sports Code

The professional leagues created pursuant to article L. 132-1 may exercise the rights granted to civil parties in respect of offences that directly or indirectly harm the collective interests of the sports associations and companies that are their members and the interests of those involved in professional sports competitions in their disciplines.

Les ligues professionnelles créées en application de l’article L. 132-1 peuvent exercer les droits reconnus à la partie civile en ce qui concerne les infractions portant un préjudice direct ou indirect aux intérêts collectifs des associations et sociétés sportives qui en sont membres et aux intérêts des acteurs des compétitions sportives à caractère professionnel de leurs disciplines.
