Article L132-4 of the French Consumer Code

In the event of a conviction, the court shall order, by any appropriate means, the posting or broadcasting of all or part of the decision or of a press release informing the public of the reasons for and the operative part of the decision. It may also order one or more corrective notices to be published at the expense of the convicted person.
The judgment sets out the terms of these announcements and how they are to be distributed, and sets a deadline for the convicted person to make the corrections.
If the convicted person fails to do so, the Public Prosecutor’s Office will issue the notices at the convicted person’s expense.

Article L132-4
