For the application of articles L. 132-2 and L. 132-3 the court may ask both the parties and the advertiser to provide all relevant documents.
Pour l’application des articles L. 132-2 et L. 132-3 le tribunal peut demander tant aux parties qu’à l’annonceur la communication de tous documents utiles.
En cas de refus, il peut ordonner la saisie de ces documents ou toute mesure d’instruction appropriée.
Il peut en outre prononcer une astreinte pouvant atteindre 4 500 euros par jour de retard à compter de la date qu’il a retenue pour la production de ces documents.
