If the owner fails to comply with the obligations set out in articles L. 1331-1, L. 1331-1-1, L. 1331-4 and L. 1331-5, the municipality may, after formal notice, carry out the necessary work on its own initiative and at the owner’s expense.
The Lyon metropolitan authority is substituted for the municipalities located within its perimeter for the application of the provisions of this article.
Faute par le propriétaire de respecter les obligations édictées aux articles L. 1331-1, L. 1331-1-1, L. 1331-4 et L. 1331-5, la commune peut, après mise en demeure, procéder d’office et aux frais de l’intéressé aux travaux indispensables.
La métropole de Lyon est substituée aux communes situées dans son périmètre pour l’application des dispositions du présent article.
