The costs corresponding to the obligations of the person responsible for the bathing water as set out in article L. 1332-3 and to health inspections under the conditions defined in article L. 1321-5 are to be borne by this person.

The départements may contribute financially to bathing water management operations, including the preparation of bathing water profiles, the monitoring programme and public information and participation, carried out by the competent municipality or group of local authorities.

Les frais correspondant aux obligations de la personne responsable de l’eau de baignade prévues par l’article L. 1332-3 et au contrôle sanitaire dans les conditions définies à l’article L. 1321-5 sont à la charge de cette personne.

Les départements peuvent participer financièrement aux opérations de gestion des eaux de baignade, comportant l’élaboration des profils des eaux de baignade, du programme de surveillance et d’information et de participation du public, réalisées par la commune ou le groupement de collectivités territoriales compétent.
