Article L1333-12 of the French Public Health Code

The person responsible for a nuclear activity involving the management of radioactive waste or the release of radioactive effluents shall establish and implement an integrated management system for such waste and effluents, including quality assurance and ensuring the protection of the interests mentioned in Article L. 1333-7, where the activity is likely to present significant risks or inconveniences for these interests.

Article L1333-12

Le responsable d’une activité nucléaire de gestion de déchets radioactifs ou rejetant des effluents radioactifs établit et met en œuvre un système de gestion intégré de ces déchets et effluents, comportant une garantie de la qualité et assurant la protection des intérêts mentionnés à l’article L. 1333-7, lorsque l’activité est susceptible de présenter des risques ou inconvénients significatifs pour ces intérêts.
