Article L1333-14 of the French Public Health Code

Persons involved in the performance or control of a nuclear activity or in the preparation, implementation and control of an action intended to protect persons from a radiological risk in the situations set out in Article L. 1333-3, benefit, within their area of competence, from information and training, both initial and continuing, relating to radiation protection.

Article L1333-14

Les personnes qui participent à l’exercice ou au contrôle d’une activité nucléaire ou à la préparation, à la mise en œuvre et au contrôle d’une action destinée à protéger les personnes vis-à-vis d’un risque radiologique dans les situations énoncées à l’article L. 1333-3, bénéficient dans leur domaine de compétence d’une information et d’une formation, initiale et continue, relative à la radioprotection.
