Article L1334-10 of the French Public Health Code

Findings drawn up in application of articles L. 1334-8 and L. 1334-8-1 are communicated, at their request, to the representative of the State in the département, to the director general of the regional health agency and, in municipalities with a municipal health and hygiene service mentioned in the last paragraph of article L. 1422-1, to the director of this service.

If the lead exposure risk report drawn up under the conditions mentioned in articles L. 1334-6 to L. 1334-8-1 reveals the presence of deterioration factors specified by order of the ministers responsible for health and construction, the author of the report immediately sends a copy of this document to the director general of the regional health agency, who informs the representative of the State in the département.

Article L1334-10

Les constats établis en application des articles L. 1334-8 et L. 1334-8-1 sont communiqués, à leur demande, au représentant de l’Etat dans le département, au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et, dans les communes disposant d’un service communal d’hygiène et de santé mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 1422-1, au directeur de ce service.

Si le constat de risque d’exposition au plomb établi dans les conditions mentionnées aux articles L. 1334-6 à L. 1334-8-1 fait apparaître la présence de facteurs de dégradation précisés par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la construction, l’auteur du constat transmet immédiatement une copie de ce document au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé qui en informe le représentant de l’Etat dans le département.
