The report referred to in article L. 1334-5 is produced when all or part of a residential building built before 1st January 1949 is sold, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in articles L. 271-4 to L. 271-6 of the French Construction and Housing Code.

Le constat mentionné à l’article L. 1334-5 est produit, lors de la vente de tout ou partie d’un immeuble à usage d’habitation construit avant le 1er janvier 1949, dans les conditions et selon les modalités prévues aux articles L. 271-4 à L. 271-6 du code de la construction et de l’habitation.
