Article L1338-2 of the French Public Health Code

An order by the ministers responsible for health, the environment and agriculture may limit or prohibit the introduction, transport, use, offering for sale, sale or purchase, in any form whatsoever, of a species appearing on the list established by the decree referred to in article L. 1338-1.

Article L1338-2

Un arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé, de l’environnement et de l’agriculture peut limiter ou interdire l’introduction, le transport, l’utilisation, la mise en vente, la vente ou l’achat, sous quelque forme que ce soit, d’une espèce figurant dans la liste fixée par le décret mentionné à l’article L. 1338-1.
