Article L141-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Under the conditions laid down in the Public Procurement Code, the State may award contracts for the transport of persons placed or held in waiting areas or administrative detention centres to persons governed by public law or persons governed by private law benefiting from an authorisation issued pursuant to Title I of Book VI of the Internal Security Code.

Dans les conditions prévues par le code de la commande publique, l’Etat peut passer des marchés relatifs aux transports de personnes placées ou maintenues en zones d’attente ou en centres de rétention administrative avec des personnes de droit public ou des personnes de droit privé bénéficiant d’un agrément délivré en application du titre Ier du livre VI du code de la sécurité intérieure.
