Article L1411-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Any draft amendment to a public service delegation agreement may only be made after a vote by the deliberative assembly.

Any draft amendment to a public service delegation agreement involving an increase in the overall amount of more than 5% is submitted for the opinion of the commission referred to in article L. 1411-5. The deliberative assembly that decides on the draft amendment is informed of this opinion beforehand.

Tout projet d’avenant à une convention de délégation de service public ne peut intervenir qu’après un vote de l’assemblée délibérante.

Tout projet d’avenant à une convention de délégation de service public entraînant une augmentation du montant global supérieure à 5% est soumis pour avis à la commission visée à l’article L. 1411-5. L’assemblée délibérante qui statue sur le projet d’avenant est préalablement informée de cet avis.
