Article L1415-3 of the French Public Health Code

The Institut National du Cancer is established for an unlimited period as a public interest grouping between the State and public and private legal entities involved in the field of health and cancer research.

Subject to the provisions of this chapter, this grouping is governed by Chapter II of Law No 2011-525 of 17 May 2011 on simplifying and improving the quality of law. A decree shall specify the procedures for implementing this article.

Article L1415-3

L’Institut national du cancer est constitué, sans limitation de durée, sous la forme d’un groupement d’intérêt public constitué entre l’Etat et des personnes morales publiques et privées intervenant dans le domaine de la santé et de la recherche sur le cancer.

Sous réserve des dispositions du présent chapitre, ce groupement est régi par le chapitre II de la loi n° 2011-525 du 17 mai 2011 de simplification et d’amélioration de la qualité du droit. Un décret précise les modalités de mise en oeuvre du présent article.
