Article L1415-6 of the French Public Health Code

The staff of the Institut National du Cancer comprises :

1° Employees governed by Titles II, III and IV of the General Statute for Civil Servants or public employees governed by special statutes;

2° Contract staff under public law made available by the parties in accordance with the conditions laid down in the constituent agreement;

3° Staff governed by the Labour Code.

Article L1415-6

Le personnel de l’Institut national du cancer comprend :

1° Des agents régis par les titres II, III et IV du statut général des fonctionnaires ou des agents publics régis par des statuts particuliers ;

2° Des agents contractuels de droit public mis à disposition par les parties selon les conditions fixées par la convention constitutive ;

3° Des personnels régis par le code du travail.
