Independent of the agreement provided for in Article L1424-17, and at any time, the transfer of assets to the departmental or territorial fire and rescue service may take place in full ownership.

An agreement sets out the terms of the transfer of ownership.

This transfer does not give rise to the collection of any duty, tax or fee.

Indépendamment de la convention prévue à l’article L1424-17, et à toute époque, le transfert des biens au service départemental ou territorial d’incendie et de secours peut avoir lieu en pleine propriété.
