For the application of this code to the collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the reference to the departmental council or departmental councils is replaced, unless otherwise provided, by the reference to the territorial councils or territorial council.

Pour l’application du présent code aux collectivités de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin, la référence au conseil départemental ou aux conseils départementaux est remplacée, sauf dispositions contraires, par la référence aux conseils territoriaux ou au conseil territorial.
