Article L143-9 of the French Insurance Code

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall specify the conditions for the application of this chapter, in particular the technical and guarantee rules applicable to the operations referred to in Article L. 143-1, the procedures for setting up and operating the supervisory committee referred to in Article L. 143-2 and the possibilities for including the report referred to in Article L. 143-2-2 in the report on the solvency and financial situation of the supplementary occupational pension fund concerned, as well as the procedures for making it available.

Article L143-9

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat précise les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment les règles techniques et de garantie applicables aux opérations mentionnées à l’article L. 143-1, les modalités de constitution et de fonctionnement du comité de surveillance mentionné à l’article L. 143-2 et les possibilités d’inclusion du rapport mentionné à l’article L. 143-2-2 dans le rapport sur la solvabilité et la situation financière du fonds de retraite professionnelle supplémentaire concerné ainsi que les modalités de sa mise à disposition.
