Article L1431-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The staff of public cultural or environmental cooperation establishments of an administrative nature are subject to the provisions of loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique territoriale.

II. – The staff of public establishments for cultural or environmental cooperation of an industrial and commercial nature, with the exception of the director and the accounting officer, are subject to the provisions of the Labour Code.

III. – State civil servants may be seconded or made available to public cultural or environmental cooperation establishments.

Article L1431-6

I. – Les personnels des établissements publics de coopération culturelle ou environnementale à caractère administratif sont soumis aux dispositions de la loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique territoriale.

II. – Les personnels des établissements publics de coopération culturelle ou environnementale à caractère industriel et commercial, à l’exclusion du directeur et de l’agent comptable, sont soumis aux dispositions du code du travail.

III. – Les fonctionnaires de l’Etat peuvent être détachés ou mis à disposition auprès d’établissements publics de coopération culturelle ou environnementale.
