Article L1431-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Subject to the provisions of the decrees in the Council of State provided for in article L. 1431-9, the following are applicable to the public establishment for cultural or environmental cooperation:

– the provisions of Title III of Book I of Part Three relating to legality control and the enforceability of the acts of the departmental authorities;

– the provisions of Chapters II and VII of the single title of Book VI of Part One relating to budgetary control and public accountants.

Article L1431-7

Sous réserve des dispositions des décrets en Conseil d’Etat prévus à l’article L. 1431-9, sont applicables à l’établissement public de coopération culturelle ou environnementale :

– les dispositions du titre III du livre Ier de la troisième partie relatives au contrôle de légalité et au caractère exécutoire des actes des autorités départementales ;

– les dispositions des chapitres II et VII du titre unique du livre VI de la première partie relatives au contrôle budgétaire et aux comptables publics.
