Article L1431-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The resources of the public cultural or environmental cooperation establishment may include:

1. Grants and other financial assistance from the State, national public establishments, local authorities and their groupings by way of derogation, where applicable, from the provisions of the first paragraph of Article L. 2224-2 and the first paragraph of Article L. 3241-5, and any public person;

2. Income from movable or immovable property;

3. Proceeds from its commercial activity;

4. Remuneration for services rendered;

5. Proceeds from the organisation of cultural events or events to promote environmental protection;

6. Proceeds from disposals or fixed assets;

7. Donations, gifts, bequests and their income;

8. Any other income authorised by the laws and regulations in force.

Les ressources de l’établissement public de coopération culturelle ou environnementale peuvent comprendre :

1. Les subventions et autres concours financiers de l’Etat, des établissements publics nationaux, des collectivités territoriales et de leurs groupements par dérogation, le cas échéant, aux dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2224-2 et du premier alinéa de l’article L. 3241-5, et de toute personne publique ;

2. Les revenus de biens meubles ou immeubles ;

3. Les produits de son activité commerciale ;

4. La rémunération des services rendus ;

5. Les produits de l’organisation de manifestations culturelles ou visant à promouvoir la protection de l’environnement ;

6. Les produits des aliénations ou immobilisations ;

7. Les libéralités, dons, legs et leurs revenus ;

8. Toutes autres recettes autorisées par les lois et règlements en vigueur.
