Article L1432-7-1 of the French Public Health Code

The agency shall pay, on behalf of the State, to employees who are members of an association sitting on the bodies placed within or near it and who benefit from the representation leave provided for in Article L. 3142-51 of the Labour Code, the allowance provided for in Article L. 3142-52 of the same code.

L’agence verse, pour le compte de l’Etat, aux salariés, membres d’une association siégeant dans les instances placées au sein ou auprès d’elle et bénéficiaires du congé de représentation prévu à l’article L. 3142-51 du code du travail, l’indemnité prévue à l’article L. 3142-52 du même code.
