Article L1441-22 of the French Labour Code

The representative of the list notifies the employer of each employee candidate of the name of the employee from his company whom he intends to put forward on his list of candidates. This notification is made as from the opening date for the submission of candidatures.

Le mandataire de la liste notifie à l’employeur de chacun des salariés candidats le nom du salarié de son entreprise qu’il entend présenter sur sa liste de candidats. Cette notification intervient à compter de la date d’ouverture du dépôt des candidatures.
