I.-For the application of the provisions of this Code in Mayotte, the reference to the Mayotte Regional Health and Autonomy Conference replaces the reference to the Territorial Health Board.
II.-The Mayotte Regional Health and Autonomy Conference exercises, in Mayotte, the powers devolved to the Territorial Health Board provided for in article L. 1434-10. It may not include any specialised commissions.
III.-A commission for the coordination of public health policies in Mayotte is attached to the Mayotte Regional Health Agency, bringing together State services, local authorities and their groupings and social security bodies.
IV.-The commission for the coordination of public health policies in Mayotte exercises the powers devolved to the commissions for the coordination of public health policies mentioned in article L. 1432-1.
V.-For the application of the provisions of this code in Mayotte, the reference to the Mayotte public health policy coordination commission replaces the reference to the public health policy coordination commissions.
VI.-The health democracy territories provided for in Article L. 1434-9 are defined by the Mayotte Regional Health Agency at local authority level so as to cover the entire territory.
VII.-The first paragraph and the first and third sentences of the second paragraph of I of Article L. 1434-10 are not applicable to Mayotte. A Conseil d’Etat decree determines the composition of the specialised mental health commission, the procedures for its operation and the appointment of its members.
