Article L1451-5 of the French Public Health Code

With a view to controlling the irregular accumulation of activities defined in article 25 septies of law no. 83-634 of 13th July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, the appointing authority within public health establishments may, without prejudice to article L. 8271-1 of the Labour Code, consult the national file of declarations of employment, under conditions set by a decree in the Council of State issued after consultation with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties.

En vue de contrôler le cumul irrégulier d’activités défini à l’article 25 septies de la loi n° 83-634 du 13 juillet 1983 portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires, l’autorité investie du pouvoir de nomination au sein des établissements publics de santé peut, sans préjudice de l’article L. 8271-1 du code du travail, consulter le fichier national de déclaration à l’embauche, dans des conditions fixées par un décret en Conseil d’Etat pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés.
