Article L1453-11 of the French Public Health Code

Authorisation is required for the conclusion of an agreement as provided for in article L. 1453-8 which stipulates the offer of benefits whose individual or cumulative amount per agreement exceeds amounts set, according to the profession and the nature of the derogation and for a given period, by order of the ministers responsible for the economy and health, made after consulting the professional bodies concerned.

Article L1453-11

Est soumise à autorisation la conclusion d’une convention prévue à l’article L. 1453-8 qui stipule l’offre d’avantages dont le montant individuel ou cumulé par convention est supérieur à des montants fixés, selon la profession et la nature de la dérogation et pendant une période déterminée, par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’économie et de la santé, pris après avis des ordres professionnels concernés.
