Article L1521-3 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter III of Title I of Book I of this Part is applicable to Wallis and Futuna, with the exception of articles L. 1113-7 to L. 1113-10, and subject to the following adaptations:

1° In article L. 1113-1, the words: “as well as social or medico-social establishments accommodating the elderly or disabled adults,” and the third paragraph are not applicable;

2° In article L. 1113-2, the words: “to the equivalent of twice the amount of the ceiling on monthly remuneration and earnings used to calculate social security contributions under the general scheme” are replaced by the words: “to a lump sum set by decree”.

Article L1521-3

Le chapitre III du titre Ier du livre Ier de la présente partie est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna, à l’exception des articles L. 1113-7 à L. 1113-10, et sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° A l’article L. 1113-1, les mots : ” ainsi que les établissements sociaux ou médico-sociaux hébergeant des personnes âgées ou des adultes handicapés, ” ainsi que le troisième alinéa ne sont pas applicables ;

2° A l’article L. 1113-2, les mots : ” à l’équivalent de deux fois le montant du plafond des rémunérations et gains versés mensuellement retenu pour le calcul des cotisations de sécurité sociale du régime général ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à une somme forfaitaire fixée par décret “.
