Chapter V of Title I of Book I of this Part shall apply to Wallis and Futuna.
Article L. 1115-3 shall apply to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1109 of 24 August 2021 consolidating respect for the principles of the Republic.
