Article L1521-7 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Title VI of Book I of this Part is applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations set out in II.

Article L. 1161-2 is applicable in the version resulting from Order No. 2020-1407 of 18 November 2020 on the missions of the regional health agencies.

Article L. 1162-1 is applicable in the version resulting from Order No. 2020-1407 of 18 November 2020 on the missions of the regional health agencies.

II.-For their application in Wallis and Futuna: :

1° In Article L. 1161-2, the words: “of the regional health agencies” are replaced by the words: “of the health agency”;

2° In Article L. 1161-4, the words “and the associations mentioned in Article L. 1114-1 ” are deleted;

3° In Article L. 1161-5, the words “after consulting the associations mentioned in Article L. 1114-1” are deleted.

L’article L. 1161-2 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2020-1407 du 18 novembre 2020 relative aux missions des agences régionales de santé.

L’article L. 1162-1 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2020-1407 du 18 novembre 2020 relative aux missions des agences régionales de santé.

II.-Pour leur application à Wallis-et-Futuna : :

1° A l’article L. 1161-2, les mots : ” des agences régionales de santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’agence de santé ” ;

2° A l’article L. 1161-4, les mots : ” et des associations mentionnées à l’article L. 1114-1 ” sont supprimés ;

3° A l’article L. 1161-5, les mots : ” après avis des associations mentionnées à l’article L. 1114-1 ” sont supprimés.
