Article L1522-2 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to the “chèque emploi associatif” and of chapter II of title VII of book II of the first part of this code apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
